BioProfessor ERAN VIGODA-GADOT is the founder and director of the Center for Public Management and Policy (CPMP), University of Haifa, Israel. Vigoda-Gadot is the author and coauthor of more than 110 articles and book chapters, 10 books and symposiums as well as many other scholarly presentations and working papers in the field of public administration, public management, and organizational behavior. His research interests include reforms and performance of public administration agencies, innovation in the public sector, citizenship behavior inside and outside organizations, Organizational Politics (OP) and public employees' behavior and attitudes. His recent works have been published in Public Administration Review, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, American Review of Public Administration, Human Relations, Administration & Society, European Union Politics, Public Management Review, Public Performance and Management Review, Journal of Business Research Journal of Vocational Behavior Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Political Psychology. Vigoda-Gadot serves, among others, in the Editorial boards of JPART, PAR, IJPA, and ARPA. Spent time as a visiting professor at McGill University (2001), University of Georgia (2004), The National University of Ireland -Cork (2005), and currently the Harvard Kennedy School.
